- JUNE 14th- My older sister and best friend since birth, Jennifer (Jen, Jefner, Jef), got married to Lucas Garcia on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Highlights (other than the actual marriage): eating ravioli while curling Jen's hair, setting up a tent with my mom (mother of the bride) the morning of, sneaking mini pigs in a blanket and chocolate covered pretzels into the waiting area, being my sisters maid of honor, this is something that I used to make Jen promise almost everyday, that one day when she got married I would get to be her maid of honor, she followed through :)
- JUNE 16th- I got hardwood floors in my room! Which means I got rid of my terribly dirty carpet, and now do not have to worry if I drop paint on my floor because it comes right off. This seems like a silly thing to note as an event, but most of the rooms on the upstairs level of the house got new floors and were rearranged and painted, due to my sister moving out. Because of this, lets just say I don't really ever wanna move furniture again... EVER. Especially not beds, and not up and down stairs. Right Jon?
- JUNE some other day that week, I don't remember exactly- Sarah Dresser (assistant director of PWI 2014) came into town and made me a lego. The Lego was me... You know what I mean. This was significant because it marked the beginning of people coming into town for PWI!
- JUNE 20th- Julie Cheney and I got to play soccer together for the first time in 5 years! We were the best of friends growing up, playing on the same soccer team for years does that, and we used to spend the night at each others houses almost every week before games. It was so fun to play on a team with her again!
- JUNE 28th- My internship with Proskuneo Ministries ended. I had been interning since September of 2013. This was an incredible experience I could never tell you all about in a few sentences, but feel free to ask me about it when you see me. This was not the end to my time at Proskuneo, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
- JULY 2nd- My internship with PWI (Proskuneo Worship Institute) begins! This was a crazy thing for me and I will definitely be doing a full post on PWI, but for those of you who don't know, PWI is the highlight of my year and has been for 6 years now. I have been a student for all of the previous years, except the very first year, due to my age, I was too young to go, but I helped every day in the kitchen, ate meals with the students, attended every thing that was open to the public, and went to workshops. This year I was asked to be an intern and I was beyond nervous about that step, but it was incredible!
- JULY 29th- The birthday of one of my favorite people in the whole world, Gogger!!! She is amazing and wonderful and I could write a book about her, maybe one day I will, but for now I will just say that we ate cracker barrel and I love her :)
- AUGUST 7th- After two days of working 10 hours, Jonathan and I got in my car and drove 8 hours to Sarasota (Sarahsota)! It was a spontaneous and surprise trip to visit all of our friends who are from there and it was wonderful to be able to actually surprise most of them! Special thanks to Mr. Larry and Mrs. Terri Hale for letting us stay at their house! This was an amazing and fun trip that was relaxed and full of spontaneous adventures! This was definitely the perfect last adventure before school! Also, I wish GA had 7/11, because their slurpees are amazing, and I want one.
- AUGUST 11th- Jonathan and I left Sarasota and met up with my mom, Bethany, and Willy in Jekyll Island. My mom booked a hotel there by mistake but it ended up being a fun 2 night mini-vacation with my family. We rode bikes a lot, at good pizza, played card games, and ate Blizzards.
- AUGUST 22nd- My mom, William, and I drove Bethany up to Covenant College so she could get smarter and live on a mountain. She is already so brilliant I don't know why she has to go to college :)
- AUGUST 25th- I started back at school, for those of you who don't know I go to Toccoa Falls College, but have chosen to remain an online student because I have free room and board here at my house, and I make about $1400 if I stay at home, it also allows me to have amazing opportunities working with ministries, the freedom to travel, and the ability to already be doing what I love.
- AUGUST 28th- Mom and I drove up to Covenant to spend Bethany's Birthday with her and to kidnap her and bring her home the next day. On a side note we stayed at the most whimsical and adorable bed and breakfast ever! I loved it. Seriously, wonderful.
- TODAY- There are more exciting adventures and announcements to come, but I can't quite say what just yet. For now I am going to do eat a taco, do some school, and drive to do errands for my mom.
Fun Facts-
1) I can't stand having the little red notifications on the apps on my phone.
2) I collect, and am slightly obsessed, with POP Vinyl Action figures. I currently have 7, but literally want every single one, and often spend way too long looking at them in Barnes and Noble.
3) I love Post-it notes! Seriously I use them all the time, and currently have 6 different kinds (designs and purposes). They are incredible and I love them all.
Music-

This song was one of the anthems of PWI this year. Every year a few songs become the anthems of PWI, and this was definitely one of them, thanks to Marcos mostly. An incredible worship song, that I enjoy and worship to every time I hear it. I hope you enjoy it too!
